Maenam Beach in Koh Samui is located on the north coast just a stones throw away from the popular Bophut Fisherman’s village. Maenam is less developed than Bophut and dining wise considerably cheaper. There are several parts to Maenam, the pier road has some bars and restaurants as well as old Chinese shops. The ring road has several good Thai restaurants as well as Italian and further down on Soi Meanam Resort there are several great bars and restaurants
